Al Khail Avenue is under construction on Al Khail Road on the eastern edge of Nakheel’s Jumeirah Village Triangle Community and is under Nakheel developers. It covers the plot area of almost 70,942m2. This project has a lot of parking slots such as two basement parking floors and one additional roof parking floor. The retail shops will have a ground floor and two other floors.
