Manazil Real Estate has announced the launch of its new brand identity to support its market positioning evolution and the group expansion into new business industries which include property development, Hospitality and Health Care.
The new brand identity goes along with the launch of two of its upcoming projects Terhab Hotel & Residence in the emirates of Sharjah and Dubai. The Hotels and Residential five-star luxury furnished apartments are to be managed by the global French hospitality management AccorHotels.

We want to be seen by our customers and different stakeholders for what we are today: A premium real estate developer and one of the oldest who built and delivered numerous flagship projects characterized by the good quality and reasonable prices. Our new brand identity reflects our aspiration to deliver quality and luxurious projects and achieve customer satisfaction and competitive prices for residential units and hotel apartments”
Connolly added: “Manazil Real Estate was established in 1975 and is certified ISO 9001. We follow the group companies growth, which has diversified its portfolio by entering into new sectors such as Hospitality with a five stars resort operational in Ras Al Khaimah :”Marjan Island Resort & SPA- Managed by AccorHotels” and four more up-scale and luxury hotels and hotel apartments to open in 2018 and 2019 in Dubai and Sharjah. Health care is also an area of focus for us with a hospital operational for three years now in Sharjah and with plans to open additional medical centers throughout Dubai, Sharjah and the northern emirates in the next five years”
The new logo and visual identity marks a new era for Manazil Real Estate. Each element highlights the strategic focus to deliver high end properties and clearly show the expertise of the company being in the market for more than forty years now.
The new logo uses a contemporary and simple typography that illustrates the innovation in modern architecture and design. The shape, font and the design of “Manazil” name in two parts, with the second half going vertical, all illustrate the ambition for growth based on a solid practice and reputation. Same for the choice of colors with a combination of mustard yellow and dark grey. The vertical graphic ending up with unequal squares refers to the numerous projects delivered by Manazil Real Estate over the past forty years.
